After just 7 days, our Leicester Baseball #BuildBackBetter campaign has just gone through the £900 mark which takes us up to 20% of our £4,500 target!
A big thank you to everyone for their kind donations in this first week, they will make a huge difference to Western Park this season.
During the course of this week, Leicester Blue Sox and Leicester Diamonds were featured on Radio Leicester Inside Sport show and the Diamonds were the inaugural team of the week on the fabulous Bird and Balls podcast.
The Diamonds also had a fantastic start to their pre-season indoor training with record attendance on Sunday!
We have also been speaking to various suppliers for our dirt, clay bricks and fencing. The word on the street is that prices keep on rising due to the current inflationary environment, so we will need as much help as possible to spread the word and keep those donations rolling in!!
